MOL to reduce ships' CO2 emissions with Digitech

GREENHOUSE gas (GHG) emissions by vessels owned and operated by the Mitsui O.S.K Lines, Ltd. is expected to dramatically reduce with the introduction of 'Blue Visby Solution' on its navigation systems.

Blue Visby Solution optimizes and distributes the arrival times of groups of vessels heading for the same destination port. It analyzes the performance of each vessel, the congestion at the ports of destination, and weather conditions.
