NOW to buy into Newsnet

NOW Corp. announced that its board of directors has authorized the management to initiate negotiations with News and Entertainment Network Corp. (Newsnet) to acquire equity in the company.

Newsnet is an interactive pay television and multimedia services company which has been assigned the coveted 26 Gigahertz (Ghz) spectrum.
