CREIT bonds rated PRS Aa plus

CITICORE Energy REIT Corp.'s (CREIT) proposed P3-billion Asean green bond issuance has been given a PRS Aa plus rating with a stable outlook by Philippine Rating Services Corp. (Philratings).

'Obligations rated PRS Aa by the Philippine Rating Services Corp. (PhilRatings) are of high quality and are subject to very low credit risk,' Philratings said in a letter to the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
