SOFITEL Philippine Plaza Manila, in collaboration with Aperol, is bringing the iconic vibrant drink — also dubbed the Italian sunset in a glass — to Sunset Bar for Aperol Spritz Sundown.

Starting this September, guests can indulge in a relaxing and tranquil afternoon with a glass of Aperol Spritz in hand as they bask in Sofitel Manila's picturesque background of the Manila Bay sunset.
