Russia to annex more Ukrainian regions

MOSCOW, Russia: Russia will annex four occupied regions of Ukraine at a grand ceremony at the Kremlin on Friday, Moscow said, after President Vladimir Putin threatened he could use nuclear weapons to defend the territories.
