SEC issues arbitration guidelines for disputes

THE Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) announced it has issued guidelines that will allow corporations to resolve intra-corporate disputes promptly and without going to court through arbitration.

The commission formally issued on Sept. 19, 2022 the SEC Memorandum Circular 8, Series of 2022, which officially states the Guidelines on Arbitration of Intra-Corporate Disputes for Corporations.
