CAMP VICENTE LIM, Calamba City: Shabu worth P7,866,000 was seized by joint elements of Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency Region 3, PDEA Clark Inter-Agency Drug Interdiction Task Group, Bureau of Customs, Port of Clark and Bacoor Station Drug Enforcement Unit on Tuesday, September 27, in Bacoor City, Cavite. Suspect Noelle Denise Azul was arrested by the drug operatives for possession of 1.140 kilograms of shabu concealed inside stuffed toys. Azul's cohort identified as Octavia de la Cruz managed to flee during the operation. 'This is another milestone in our efforts to curb the proliferation of illegal drugs in our communities. With the cooperation of other agencies of the government, we are gaining remarkable success with the 'whole of government approach.'
