Comelec unseats Teves as Negros Oriental governor

THE Commission on Elections (Comelec) has annulled the proclamation of Negros Oriental Gov. Pryde Henry Teves and installed in his place Roel Degamo.

In a nine-page resolution, the Commission en Banc upheld the ruling of the Second Division which declared Grego 'Ruel' Degamo a nuisance candidate.
