SHORT-TERM foreign investments again posted a net outflow in August but at a rate narrower than in previous months, Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) data showed on Thursday.
At $86 million, it was lower than the $103 million recorded a month earlier and June's $342 million, which was the largest net outflow so far for 2022. The August result was also a reversal from the $12-million net inflow seen a year earlier.
