Lazaro new ACEN chairman

AYALA Corp. (AC) appointed Delfin Lazaro as its energy platform ACEN's director after Fernando Zobel de Ayala (FZA) resigned from his executive positions in the group due to his health issues.

In a disclosure to the Philippine Stock Exchange, Lazaro was elected as chairman of the board and executive committee to serve FZA's unexpired term.
