CLI Casa Mira sells out first 2 towers

CEBU Landmasters Inc. (CLI) announced that its first project in Luzon sold 85 percent of the first phase of its economic housing project in Puerto Princesa — Casa Mira Towers — in less than one week.

The first two towers with 480 units generated reservation sales of P1.2 billion. This brings the Cebu developer's total 2022 reservation sales to P13.5 billion up to date. Projected gross revenues from this seven-tower development is expected at P6 billion, with phase one set for completion in the fourth quarter of 2025.
