THE Federation of Philippine American Chambers of Commerce (FPACC), established in the United States in 1996, is a network of Filipino, Filipino American, and American entrepreneurs. The Philippine president, Ferdinand Marcos Jr., through Philippine Ambassador to the USA Babes Romualdez, appealed for support by strengthening economic ties between the Philippines and the United States of America. In response, FPACC is establishing a chamber of commerce in the Philippines to be represented by Glenn Espino. He was recently appointed founding president by FPACC for the Philippine charter.
