Up to 20% hike in farm products seen amid devastation of 'Karding'

THE Department of Agriculture (DA) expects a 15 to 20 percent increase in retail prices of agriculture products amid the devastation brought by Super Typhoon 'Karding'.

Agriculture Senior Undersecretary Domingo Panganiban said during a Laging Handa briefing on Thursday that the crop damage has further increased to P2.02 billion.
