Tropical Storm 'Luis' intensifies as it moves out of PH – Pgasa

TROPICAL Storm 'Luis' has intensified further as it heads out the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR), according to the state-run-weather agency on Thursday.

Weather specialist Benison Estareja of the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) told The Manila Times that Luis is forecast to continue moving northward or north-northeastward early Friday.
