GO Negosyo founder Jose Maria "Joey" Concepcion 3rd on Wednesday said the Philippines should open up its economy "as much as possible" even with the slight increase in Covid-19 cases in the country.
Concepcion, who is part of the Marcos administration's Private Sector Advisory Council, said that we cannot restrict mobility as "the lesser mobility we have, the lesser consumer spending will be."
