Digitalization to boost rural areas

THE Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) of the United Nations said that the digitalization has great potential to drive progress toward an inclusive future for the world's smallholder farmers, and can help galvanize greater productivity and sustainability of agri-food systems as well as improve livelihoods and options for women and youth.

FAO Director General Qu Dongyu said digital solutions can help the world recover together for sustainable economic growth and development.
