THE Sto. Rosario National High School represented by it principal Jayson Flores signed a memorandum of agreement (MoA) with Philippine Transmarine Carriers Inc. (PTC) through the Talent Acquisition Team represented by Capt. Ronald SJ Enrile and TERP Asia-Pacific Ltd. Chief Operating Officer Mike Esplago to provide adaptive learning resources to the maritime high school students of SRNHS.
