NMP, NMPSA to protect welfare, rights of employees

THE rights and welfare of the employees of the National Maritime Polytechnic (NMP) were secured with the signing of an agreement between the institution and the NMP Services Association (NMPSA).

Under the Collective Negotiation Agreement (CNA) signed between NMP and NMNPSA on September 14, all employees working for NMP will receive improved welfare services, security of tenure, provision of career development and humane working conditions.
