SUPER Typhoon "Karding" (international name: Noru) made its second landfall in Aurora province on Sunday evening, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said.
The typhoon made landfall in the vicinity of Dingalan in Aurora at 8:20 p.m. The first landfall at 5:30 p.m. was in the vicinity of Burdeos in Quezon.
