'Karding' makes landfall in Quezon

SUPER Typhoon Karding (international name: Noru) made landfall in Quezon province at 5:30 p.m. on Sunday, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration.

'The center of the eye of Super Typhoon Karding made landfall in the vicinity of Burdeos, Quezon,' it said.
