GLOBAL real estate company Colliers said that Quezon City is expected to become a competitive property market in the next few years, with all of the infrastructure that is being built around it.
In the recent signing of a memorandum of agreement (MOA) with real estate giant Filinvest on Thursday, Colliers Director of Office Services–Landlord Representation Maricris Sarino-Joson elaborated that this was because of its considerable land area and market size, which presents various business opportunities around the city.
