NEW YORK: President Ferdinand "Bongbong" Marcos Jr. on Friday said that dialogue and diplomacy "must prevail" as he expressed concern over the conflict in the Taiwan Strait.
In his speech during his meeting with Asia Society here, Marcos urged the concerned parties to seek continued dialogue and observe maximum restraint.
