A 23-YEAR-OLD graduating marine student from Pampanga was arrested by elements of the Philippine National Police-Anti Cybercrime Group (PNP-ACG) during an entrapment operation in Mexico, Pampanga on Tuesday evening.

This was after he threatened his former girlfriend that he will expose sensitive video and photos if she will not agree to meet up with him.
