UNP gears up for marine resources development

GEARING up for sustainable development, an Ilocos Sur-based state university will soon fully operate its Milkfish Nursery Facility (MNF) to contribute significantly to the milkfish (bangus) industry in the province.

The University of Northern Philippines (UNP) Infrastructure Project Management and Development Office (IPMDO) said the MNF is situated at Barangay Nalvo within the coastal area of Santa Maria town.
