THE Cavite State University (CvSU) in Indang, Cavite hosted the ceremonial launching of 'Free WIFI for All' (FW4A) program for the four state universities and two local colleges in the province of Cavite with Department of Information and Communication Technology (DICT) Secretary Ivan John Uy as guest of honor and speaker. The affair was held at the CvSU International Convention Center on Sept. 14, 2022.

The FW4A program is sponsored by DICT Regional Office 4-A. It will fully manage the WIFI services for the mentioned universities and colleges with close supervision by the DICT Regional Director for Regions 4-A and 4-B Director Cheryl Ortega.
