Foreign direct investments up16.4%

BEIJING: Foreign direct investment (FDI) in China expanded 16.4 percent year on year to 892.74 billion yuan in the first eight months of 2022, the East Asian country's Commerce Ministry said on Monday.

In dollar terms, the inflows grew 20.2 percent to $138.41 billion from the year-earlier figure.
