A NEW Filipina Queen has arisen.

Her lolo Frankie Eala, a long time friend of mine working in his earlier years with Victorias Milling Company here in Negros Occidental, used to tell me how happy and proud he was of his apo playing tennis and that always made me smile knowing how all Lolos are of their prized grandchildren.
