New LPA spotted off Aurora – Pagasa

A low pressure area (LPA) was spotted off Quezon on Tuesday afternoon, according to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa).

It was estimated some 715kilometers east of Baler, Aurora, the state-run weather agency said in a 5 p.m. advisory.
