House okays SIM card registration bill

(UPDATE) THE House of Representatives has approved on third and final reading the bill that seeks to require the registration of subscriber identity module (SIM) cards.

House Bill 14 hurdled the third reading on Monday, with over 200 lawmakers voting in the affirmative.
