A GROUP of business process outsourcing (BPO) firms on Monday lauded the revisions to the government's work-from-home (WFH) scheme and the transfer of registration of BPOs to the Board of Investments (BOI).
In a statement, the Information Technology and Business Process Association of the Philippines (Ibpap) said the transferring of BPO registration to the BOI is a sign that the government has recognized the sector's economic contribution.
