CAMP OLIVAS, City of San Fernando, Pampanga: Secretary Benjamin "Benhur" Abalos Jr. of the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) and police operatives from Police Regional Office 3 (PRO 3) padlocked a Philippine offshore gaming operator (POGO) in Angeles City, Pampanga, on Saturday afternoon after rescuing 43 foreigners who allegedly were forced to work there.
Abalos, together with PRO 3 Regional Director BGen. Cesar Pasiwen and other police officials, closed down the Lucky South 99 Outsourcing Inc. located along Fil-Am Friendship Highway, Angeles City.
