Since 2007, the Embassy of France to the Philippines has been launching an annual call for project proposals for the benefit of disadvantaged communities.

Many associations have already been rewarded, including in 2021 the organization ACAY Missions Philippines Inc. for its project 'Entrepreneurship Hub: Innovation in Learning for Self-Sustainability', supporting the development of new skills among beneficiaries related to the creation and launch of micro-businesses, as well as the association Espoir School of Life Inc. for its project to educate children on the island of Siargao.
