The CCP Outreach and Exchange program, which started 40 years ago, has grown leaps and bounds from a small unit bringing puppetry, drama and theater shows to Bliss housing in Manila.

The Cultural Exchange Department (CED) is one of the most important departments in the Cultural Center of the Philippines (CCP). It has mounted artistic productions, festivals, exhibitions conducted countless tours, workshops, conferences and fora, and implemented cultural exchanges for hundreds of thousands of audiences and communities nationwide and overseas.
