Guiguinto's Halamanan Festival wins Indakan tilt

FOR the second time, the Halamanan Festival of Guiguinto took home the crown at the awarding ceremony of Indakan Sa Kalye, one of the many highlights of the Singkaban Festival held at the Bulacan Capitol Gymnasium in Malolos City on Wednesday, September 14.

Prior to the program, the participants revitalized the streets of Malolos Cathedral going to the Bulacan Capitol Gymnasium with their lively performance and colorful costumes and props showcasing various festivities in the province's towns and cities.
