LINGAYEN, Pangasinan: The services of medical specialists will soon be available in the 14 provincial government-run hospitals following the signing of the memorandum of agreement (MoA) between the provincial government and the Region 1 (Ilocos) Medical Center (R1MC) based in Dagupan City.
"This MoA is about strengthening the health service delivery network in Pangasinan, especially its referral system and transfer of technology, training, and deployment of medical professionals by R1MC to the provincial government-operated hospitals," said Dr. Joseph Roland Mejia, R1MC chief.
