SANTIAGO CITY: Regional Executive Director Gwendolyn Bambalan of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources-Cagayan Valley on Friday vowed to be more vigilant in their anti-illegal logging drive even as environment agents and police seized narra flitches worth P4 million on Wednesday in Calitlitan, Aritao, Nueva Vizcaya.
The seizure came barely two days after authorities seized P900,000 worth of narra lumber from two private vans in Santa Fe, Nueva Vizcaya on September 12.
