HOUSE Committee on Appropriations Vice Chairman and Iloilo Rep. Janette Garin urged the Senate and her fellow lawmakers in the House of Representatives to get to work on banning the Philippine Offshore Gaming Operations (POGOs) in light of the incidents of abductions and other unlawful acts involving Chinese.
Garin said these instances have negatively affected the Philippines' reputation and are scaring away potential investors.
