Peso falls to new record low vs dollar

THE Philippine peso fell to a new all-time low against the US dollar after closing at P57.43 on Friday, data from the Bankers Association of the Philippines (BAP) show.

BAP added that the peso plunged to as low as P57.44 during intraday trading at the Philippine Dealing System.
