THE CMA CGM Group, a global player in sea, land, air and logistics solutions, and The Plastic Flamingo (PLAF) have announced the renewal of a three-year partnership to collect and upcycle 600 metric tons (MT) of plastic waste from the streets, coastlines and the heavily plastic polluted Pasig River in Metro Manila.
Laurent Olmeta, CMA CGM Asia Pacific Ltd. chief executive officer, said the partnership demonstrates the company's commitment to reduce plastic wastes.
