PALAYAN CITY: Mayor Viandrei Nicole "Vianne" Cuevas of Palayan City met with Secretary Manuel Bonoan of the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) on Monday to discuss the priority infrastructure needs of Nueva Ecija's capital city for the next three years.
The mayor, who leads Team Cuevas, was accompanied to the meeting on Sept. 12, 2022, by her mother, former three-term city mayor Adrianne Mae "Rianne" Cuevas, and father-businessman Vicente "Bong" Cuevas.
