Foreigners using identities of dead Filipinos – JV

SEN. Joseph Victor 'JV' Ejercito on Thursday revealed that some foreigners have been using the identities of dead Filipinos to secure government-issued identification cards in the Philippines.

The senator made the revelation during the Senate Committee on Public Order inquiry on the spate of kidnappings and disappearances.
