KEEPERS Holdings Inc. (KEEPR) announced on Sept. 15, 2022 that it has acquired a 50-percent stake in Bodegas Williams & Humbert SA, the makers of Alfonso brandy.
The purchase was worth 88.75 million euros, based on the independent valuation of PricewaterhouseCoopers. According to the disclosure, the cash component will be paid upon the signing of the share purchase agreement, together with other legal and closing requirements.
