Bicol native tops Perpetual Bilibid Extension School 2022 graduates

A BICOL native graduated on top of his class during the University of Perpetual Help System Dalta (UPHSD)-Bilibid Extension School 33rd commencement rites held at the covered court of College compound, Medium Security Compound, New Bilibid Prison, Muntinlupa City on Sept. 9, 2022.

John Sale (not his real name) emerged on top of this year's batch of 21 student-inmates, who received their respective diplomas with the theme 'Empowering Altogether Rising Through Hurdles.'
