ACTIVE stakeholder engagement will allow public-private partnerships (PPPs) to contribute to the Philippines' post-pandemic recovery, a senior National Economic and Development Authority (NEDA) official said.
"We encourage everyone to actively participate in this activity with the utmost consideration of transparency and emphasis on ensuring that PPP projects undertaken by the government would lead to better and more affordable services for the Filipino people," NEDA Undersecretary Joseph Capon said on Tuesday during a public consultation on proposed changes to the rules implementing the amended Build-Operate-Transfer Law.
