Three seniors graduate through ALS

(UPDATE) THREE elderly residents of Taguig City proved that age is not a barrier to learning.

The trio, led by an 82-year-old, were among 1,285 students who finished elementary and high school through the Alternative Learning System (ALS) program last September 10.
