(UPDATE) NATIONAL Economic and Development Authority (NEDA) Secretary Arsenio Balisacan was elected as the chairman of the Board of Commissioners of the Commission on Population and Development (PopCom), the agency focused on pursuing key policies on family planning and addressing poverty thresholds.
NEDA said Balisacan was elected to the post on September 8.
