Tropical depression likely to enter PAR Thursday

THE Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) is closely monitoring a tropical depression outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) which may enter the country on Thursday or Friday.
