SCALPING is an activity more known in concert events. It happens during sold-out events when tickets are difficult to find. What unscrupulous people do is buy a whole bunch of tickets, and then sell these off on concert day at ridiculously high prices.
The victims of scalpers are mostly people who do not care if the ticket is four or five times more expensive than the regular price.
