Perpetual blasts JRU for 1st win

PETER Pan Barcuma led the way as the University of Perpetual Help System Dalta blasted Jose Rizal University (JRU), 84-60, for a rousing start in its National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) Season 98 campaign on Sunday at the FilOil EcoOil Center.

Barcuma logged 22 points on a near-perfect 10-of-11 shooting while also being a menace on the defensive end with four steals.
