Quirino celebrates 51st year anniversary

CABARROGUIS, Quirino: As the province celebrated its 51st founding anniversary on Saturday, September 10, Gov. Dakila Carlo Cua has noted that amid challenges and adversity brought on by the pandemic, the province stood on its feet to be economically viable anew.

The celebration was highlighted with the Panagdadapun Festival with theme 'I Love Quirino @ 51: A Celebration of Strength, Resiliency and Unity.'
